Who am I?

My name is Thiago Barcelos, and I'm from Brazil. Please pardon me in advance for any grammar errors, as English is not my native language.
I was born with PE, as you can see in the picture below.
However, it did not bother me until I became a teenager and people started bullying me.
As I grew older (and especially after my growth spurt), my pectus kept getting deeper and deeper. In the photo below, I was between 5 and 6 years of age. My pectus was already very noticeable.

In my case, I got it from my father. My brother also had it but in his case, it was barely noticeable, not even mild, and he was never bullied because of it.
But me? I used to get bullied because of my pectus. Back then, things were tough. I became isolated, avoided going to the pool and beaches... I used to spend all day just playing videos games in my room to avoid going through bullying experiences in the outside world.
All the bullying destroyed my confidence when I was a teenager, I even avoided getting in relationships because of shame and fear.
Time passed, and my pectus got worse...

Before creating the Multiple Stimuli Method and applying the strategies I want to teach you, I had a 1.4 inches (3.5 centimeters) deep Pectus Excavatum, which is very deep.
But through the Method I created, I was able to reduce my pectus's depth from 1.4 to 0.44 inches (permanently!), without surgery, at home, naturally, by learning and applying the right types of stimuli.

These cells are known as osteoblasts, osteoclasts, and osteocytes.
Osteocytes play a crucial role in detecting mechanical stimuli and initiating the bone remodeling process.
The process works as follows: osteoclasts break down bone tissue, while osteoblasts build new bone tissue. Through this continuous process, bones are able to remodel, adapt, and alter their shape.

And the Multiple Stimuli Method is based on these bone remodeling principles. This is a natural phenomenon of our bones: they can change shape and adapt to the forces applied to them.
But still, a lot of people say that the only way to improve or correct pectus excavatum is through surgery.
But that's not true.

The remodeling process our pectus excavatum can happen with the combination of internal and external forces applied to the rib cage.
